Dave Ward isn't anywhere near as good as Sharon Graham.

One is defeatist, lacks teeth and defends or "sells" deals that fall way short of their own members expectations while the other is no nonsense, hardline on negotiations and prioritises workplace disputes and pay battles over any political alliances. What this CWU desperately needs is someone who will put industrial strength first and stop acting like an extension of RM's PR department.
