Maybe the penny has dropped…..RM will now dictate all terms and we will decide if we stay or go my biggest gripe to be honest is releasing reps to go and do bugger all while duties fail…or demanding handy duties cos they need to take a call, the work reps do needs to be more transparent and not miraculously mid shift so they can down tools for an entire day

Most of the DOs locally don't even have a rep, it was a few years ago now that the sheet showing all the reps in the area was put up on our union board, I reckon that even less DOs will have reps now.
