Does anyone have a copy or can provide details of where I can obtain the following documents-

1. RMG & CSC business systems Ltd 2003 pension agreement (this document I'm absolutely desperate to find a copy)

And

2.The scheme rules for POPS pension which were in operation May 2003 (i joined may 96, then became Section c, deferred June 2003)

I've tried Capita and RMPP who both provided conflicting answers but that basically they can't provide the documents.

POPS became section C in 2000 in what was initially the Post Office Pension Plan and later renamed the Royal Mail Pension Plan, with the Consignia debacle inbetween.

I have a copy of the section C 'guide to benefits' dated 2000. Could that contain what you want to know?
