Royal Mail/People/Robin app
Payslips not showing yet again. How long has this piece of s**t been a piece of s**t? Thought they would have sorted it out with introducing Robin but no of course not.

Re: Royal Mail/People/Robin app
I tried to register for this thing - out of curiosity but got lost.
The instructions are confusing to follow.
I did not have a workplace account already (just the people app-i assume they are/where different ?).
Eventually followed through got this microsoft email account but i had no password because it is a new email address generated just for me.
Had to follow the forgot password link to end up at the end with an error message.
Hope that was clear ??
What a load of rubbish

Yes as always, RM doing things on the cheap. All of my other apps I use on my phone work every time with no problems. This has been a fuckup ever since the people app.

Re: Royal Mail/People/Robin app
I had the same problem not knowing the Microsoft password when registering. I finally solved it by going into the people app, click on workspace, and your username and password is shown. Use these credentials to login/register for robin.hero22 wrote: ↑27 May 2025, 23:20Yes exactly the same with me. Robin is your new, daily app and one-stop-shop for all our people-related information at work. It is also the new home for the People App so you will also be able to access your payslips, annual leave, benefits and more.

Re: Royal Mail/People/Robin app
Never used workplace, filled in details required NI Number, pay number etc etc and clicked verify me. It brought me to an email address ending in royalmail.com. Asked me for password, I have no idea what password is as this email was created 20 years ago and never used since 2007 , I guessed a password, it said error but no option to resend password even if I could access royalmail.com email address with my name on it

Re: Royal Mail/People/Robin app
God knows what this is but it doesn’t work. Seems it’s only meant for people with a @royalmail.com email address (ie management). No matter how you try and register it defaults to a generated Microsoft email address that you then can’t access due to the password issue.
What is it with these halfwits in this company? Can’t they for once keep something simple and easy? Anything and everything they do is the absolute dogshit of life!!!

Which is why I gave the example of management. Could be Com support, OPG in the cage etc etc. the facts are 99% of us don’t have a royal mail.com email address.
The thing is nobody seems to know what this app is, does it replace the people app? If so why? Is it just a form of social media for employees? What is it and why if we’re being told to download has it been designed to make it impossible to do?

Re: Royal Mail/People/Robin app
Never used it but didn't we all get given a RM email address a few years back?
