Seasonal Sorter Payslip is incorrect
Hello - I worked in Chester as a Seasonal Sorter and have just received my last payslip which is incorrect - who can I contact to discuss this please? I have been paid for 18hrs instead of 22.5hrs. Thanks

It could be the cut-off dates for Christmas wages, I'm not sure ?

Wondering if the system (or manager) has deducted a 30 minute unpaid break from your hours. 2.5 hours a week would be 5 lots of 30 minutes.

Yes I worked 25 hrs and had 5 X 30 mins breaks within the shift = 22.5 hrs. I have been paid 18 hrs. Can anyone help please?

Did you check your Timesheet in JoinedUp to see exact hours per each day? That would explain why you were paid certain amount and where 18h came from.
If shift is missing or not approved, then you can contact Payroll at
payroll.queries@angardstaffing.co.uk but start with your Timesheet. If hours are approved in Timesheet, it might be pay cut off date and rest of the money will come next week.
