Part time to Full time for peak BONUS

Post by makingsounds »

How much of the Xmas Bonus do the part timers made up to Full time receive & when?

If they are are weekly paid staff still, do they get all of the Bonus this week or is some with held until after Xmas to make sure they complete full attendance?

If you're weekly paid it's on the app as of yesterday if you want to check your payslip

Someone checked on the app and its partially paid and they were told they'd receive the remainder after completing full Xmas attendance ?

There are 2 separate £100 bonuses.
One is paid according to your contracted hours. Any part timer who has been made up to full time should receive the full £100 bonus this week.

The other £100 bonus is paid according to the hours you actually work (up to full time)
Part timers will receive their pro rata allocation this week with the remainder (if appropriate) paid in January.
So all part timers, those made up and those who weren't made up but still worked full time hours, will receive the extra payment next year.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

So a part timer on a new contract where does that leave them in relation to the bonus/incentive scene?

Same question from me? What about those who came onto permanent part time staff in the last few months and are on monthly pay? The app is pretty rubbish and shows your payslip on payday...no chance for you to look beforehand so we won't be able to see until tomorrow if we are going to get the bonus based on everyones answers so far.

Payslips are produced once payroll is run and usually that’s not until the week after the 3rd Sunday of the month so not tomorrow

Sorry to jump on this looking for information on this for new starters. Obviously old contact staff seem to have received £200 (ft) or £162 (30 hr). Ive not received anything and I can't find any information on this. What happens? Do we get this or is it just another thing that we unfairly do not receive? Any wonder why they struggle with new staff retention! I wish they would communicate information like this:(

Monthly paid staff don't get paid until the end of the month
