Please note that we record the IP address of your posts as indicated during registration. If you are banned and attempt to return with a new account, we can easily trace you. Repeat disruptive behavior after a ban will lead to stricter monitoring.

Bounced-Czech (aka CarryingMgmnt) account has been deactivated and his posts deleted.

Some of you had noticed that the 2 appeared to be the same, well if they weren't they were using the same IP. I hoped he would recognise the hidden message of the above post and temper down his posts as we shouldn't be scared to have a discussion with people we disagree with as long as it is respecful.

He called someone a twat in one thread so he has gone.

When he comes back, and he will, ignore him and he will get bored as he is seeking attention. I will keep an eye out for him and deal with appropriately.

When you do come back, behave post respectively and you can stay. A repeat of the same action on your 2 previous accounts will not be tolerated and I will take action immediately.
