Just what will become of our jobs if there is a no vote tomorrow? Will offices be run down with only part-timers being employed? We can not let this happen under any circumstances!!
I only hope there is an over-whelming YES vote and the "suits" see sense.

Moved to Blue Shirts.

Here's hoping for a 'yes' vote, just so at least more talks can go on and at least something sorted.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Talking to the lads in my office I am convinced its a YES. However if its a NO I think that we will have to take on Royal Mail Unit by Unit or I will think seriously about leaving a job I actually like doing.Image

When you look at some of my lads that have told me they have voted yes they have also told me that didnt vote yes last time back in 2003. Thanks to all the strings RM have alienated their workers and lost their trust.

If no voters last time are yes voters this time then to me that gives a clear indication of how the vote will go.

Hopefully somebody will be able to post on here in the morning the result . My ADR is texting the result to all his del reps live from confrence as soon as result is announced.

Won't have to in our DO they spent thousands putting motion sensors onto them. Tried it in the lineos office but it kept going off when he was in - he wasn't moving enough :dance :dance
