How long does it normally take for a delivery after "leaving processing center, and move to the next facility"?
I wasn't aware the process took over 20 days and I am going on holiday soon and want those clothes... :)
Any idea will be welcome.

Helena, could I ask if "leaving processing center, and move to the next facility" a warehouse for the sender or has your ordered items actually entered into the Royal Mail network.
A tracking reference would be helpful.

It sounds like possibly the item is coming from abroad and hasn't entered the UK yet (or not yet cleared customs) or the item isn't being sent via RM. That is not a Royal Mail tracking reference.

Could you tell us where you are (ie country) and where your supplier is located (ie country).

Problem is the tracking number is too longer for RMs system so unless a new number has been raised there is no way to track it.

and now it says: Arrive at the sorting and distribution cente
So it is slowly making its way I suppose. I am just worried it won't arrive by Friday :(

All mail that is posted in the People's Republic of China should have CN as the last two letters of the tracking number, in the same way as all mail posted in the United Kingdom has GB as the last two letters. The correct format for mail tracking numbers used by national postal carriers is two letters then nine numbers then two more letters, in that order, where the last two letters are the code for the country where the item was sent. Other carriers may use different formats.

On tracking it states arrived LHR at 07:51 yesterday morning.
How long does it take to clear customs etc.

There is no single estimate of customs clearance time. We understand that customs select batches of mail at random for extra checks. So two items that arrive on the same plane can have wildly different clearing times.
After clearing customs, most stuff should only take 1-2 days to get to you, or if there are customs fees to pay, 1-2 days to get the grey card through your door.
