Worktime learning ceased

Post by Haymaker »

Do any offices still have Worktime learning ( 30 mins off to listen to RMTV shite ) we just get a 5 minute huddle and managers expect us to go straight back to work, 25 minute saving per worker. Desperate to cut overtime and reduce morale lower than it already is !!!

We haven't had WTLL or a huddle since before the pandemic.

We stopped having worktime learning at the start of Covid and huddles have stopped in some work areas

We have them again, well now and then.
You never actually learn anything new though, because you've heard it all before or the rumours have spread before WTL.
That extra 20 mins costs us - because it puts us right into the town centre traffic congestion.

The last WTL I attended one woman asked if Covid virus was going to be a problem and people laughed at her. Since then very very occasional huddles mainly to tell us how damaging strikes are for the business oh and that our breaks are being shortened as we are not hitting our efficiency targets
