Hello. I’ve joined today looking for some help. Hopefully somebody can provide a little further info. I was meant to receive a parcel today via special next day delivery but the sender didn’t address it properly. They missed the street name and door number whilst just putting my name and postcode. I have spoke to Royal Mail customer services and because he also didn’t put a return address the parcel concerned is on its way to back to the national returns centre in Belfast. I was told I will know when it’s arrived by checking the tracking number. Then once it has landed the sender can contact them to arrange a re-Delivery. This all sounds great but I’m struggling to find a contact number for centre in Belfast and wondering If there a facility that doesn’t take customer calls how will it possible to arrange the delivery again? Also what sort of information will they need from the sender to resolve the matter? Any help would be much appreciated as the parcel is of great value to me. Thank you in advance!
