Parcelforce express 24 (post office)

Post by Mardy bum »

Hi just returning an item. Used parcelforce express 24 directly through their webiste. Now its telling me to drop it off at my local post office which is great but does it go by the weight of the item to determin whether I go to the post office or my local parcel force depot?

My item weighs 25.5kg so do I just literally walk in to any local post office and leave it with them waiting for a parcelforce delivery driver to collect it or because of the weight does it need to go to a parcel force depot? I am following instruction to go to a post office but there just something in my head telling me im going to get to my local post office and be told different because of the weight of the item? I have already attached the label on to the box.

Weight limit is 30kg for Parcelforce so it’s up to you, depot or Post Office.

Post offices won't take any item over a set weight ...think its like 10to20kg depending.on size and item being posted.
Anything 20kgto30kg has to go.direct to depot.
