Why are we waiting?
If it was a no vote,then we are waiting to try to get Royal Mail to conform to an agreement we do not want.If it was a yes vote then we would have 6% pay rise and an an unknown bung and be in the same position we are now(we could strike as they would have broken the agreement).So what are we waiting for?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
