Strike dates?
Regardless of the outcome of these talks surely the CWU should be setting some strike dates coz we still have to vote on any positive outcome which will take some time! SO where are they?

Re: Strike dates?
Its now apparent there was no intention of ever calling more strikes once the ballot result came in
It was only for leverage and RM have likely called the bluff

If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Revisions in D/O and Mail center's are the main worry at the moment.

Re: Strike dates?
Give it a rest and wait for the announcement of the deal , what’s wrong with people calling for strikes when we are literally waiting to hear the outcome, unbelievable.

Re: Strike dates?
So your logic is to call for strike anyways if union come up with a deal that could potentially be better for it's members??? Oh boy

Re: Strike dates?
The union asked for things at the start of this dispute, just like Royal Mail did , both sides will not get everything they asked for , that’s how agreements are reached.postieblueshirt wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 10:57Yeah going by what the union have said in the past..I'm waiting with bated breath for my no strings pay rise to be announcedShadedpostie wrote: ↑12 Mar 2023, 10:20So your logic is to call for strike anyways if union come up with a deal that could potentially be better for it's members??? Re: Strike dates?
If there is an agreement, which I seriously doubt, there should immediately be a REPICK anywhere that has not had one.

Re: Strike dates?
If a deal isn't agreed do we get given the details & get to vote on it or do the union just say no ,not good enough & call strikes. No matter what the outcome I think it should be for the members to decide

Re: Strike dates?
If there is no union who would enforce it or ensure it is done right be because no agreement is Derecognising the union is it not? We will get an agreement for all or none at all!
