It is going ahead next Monday we had a Repick(?) not quite sure how that works when a proportion of the staff involved weren't at the office during the last Resign yet somehow magically they are on flow through duties. I am amongst those whose duties have been deemed not required anymore so I am Supernumerary but have the wonderful opportunity of joining those who currently work Sundays as part of a rotate. On the late shift the man who is Number 10 on the Seniority list put in for VR and was told this had opted him out of the repick and became Displaced. The late shift have put in a petition as for the Union Reps they have washed their hands of this and effectively "Nothing to do with me"

We have changes planned, but not finalised.... all the changes are still going to happen even though it won't meet USO requirements etc....

So the joint statement is utter nonsense. Our rep and by the sounds of it reps in other offices are complicit in letting Royal Mail do what they want with the changes. :no no

Can't see how buy downs will work for those after them as all PT duties are likely to already be spoken for so anyone who goes for a buy down is likely going to instantly become supernumerary
