At my depot we have agency staff doing walks
There paid 13.50ph for 40hrs but only work
35hrs same as me wtf is going on this company
Its totally f****d now I used to like it here

Totally agree it’s wrong but RM see it as no contract sick pay holiday pay and other allowances there also paying the agency so it’s even more than just there hourly rate

royal mail are throwing money out of the window clearly on purpose, profit warning incoming without a shadow of a doubt so they can plead poverty and try and change the USO commitments, no VR for the postman natural wastage and people retiring should cover everything the 12 agency workers at the office i work at have very little to do not their fault not much excess work.

If you run a ship a Royal Navy ship like this and tried to sink it just so someone else can buy it cheaper not only would you be court marshalled but spend along time in the brig!
