Maybe the rumour that not all the board were singing from the same hymn sheet is true?

I have a credit card with a £10 000 limit.
It is available .....but not at a cost I can afford.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It'd more like a current account agreed overdraft facility, there's nothing stopping you dipping into it if you need it, just as long as you can afford the interest charges.
Regardless the fact that the business has access to nearly a £1m in cash plus the the overdraft facility hardly makes it sound like it's going to go bust of the IA continues for a few more months?

Sorry people, we lied again.
We don't have a big warchest. We have lots of debt, loans and a mortgage.
But let's save Christmas team !!

Do you all really think they themselves know what they are doing? They all have 5 or 6 different jobs outside Royal Mail this is not uncommon but their attitude is they think about something but cannot agree on it as they are on different jobs at the same time.
And hence one person let slip what they have to break the union throwing money left right and center wasting money for the sake of it and to drive down the share price.
This is a FIRE SALE on a public institution called by the chief of fire sales one Simon Thompson!

People often use the two figures interchangeably. It's pretty eye opening when u realise a million seconds is about 12 days, and a billion seconds is about 32 years. The wealth billionaires hold, they can never spend. Royal Mail's £1.7 billion war chest could cover the million pounds a day loss for somewhere between 4 and 5 years... I think.SogladIvotedBrexit wrote: ↑17 Dec 2022, 17:48
There's something new you learn everyday: a billion is a thousand million. I must remember that.
