In the current business climate the deal on the table is fine and I’m happy to vote YES. Those of you that are unhappy presumably think there is plenty of work available outside of Royal Mail which pays better. Or perhaps you think there are jobs that pay the same but you can do even less work for your money? (Note: I’ve observed that the people - including union reps - that moan the most do the least work). Well to those unhappy RM employees you know what you can do? The rest of us can manage perfectly well without you, bye bye!
