We own 10% ,Asset Managers own 50% and the General Public own 16%.
If Kretinsky tries a takeover he WILL pay a premium to aquire those Shares.
Asset Managers aren't going to give up their Shares on the cheap.

It depends what they paid for them in the first place though. If they bought at the 52 week low of 173,
they're quids in at even todays price. He (VESA) might just say ok 250p. That's a premium but it's
not the 30-50% you're thinking about.

The high of 400 plus was a year ago and they've gone down ever
since so the value of the premium that holders would get based on what Kretinsky
paid for them over the past year is getting lower as time progresses. I'm sure there'll
be RNS history of what K (VESA) paid for the shares.

I said a 20-30% premium not 30-50%.

My bad. If you want people to think outside the box re IDS shares, it'd probably be easier
encouraging colleagues who hold shares to use their votes at the AGM. Again we'd be
massively outnumbered by financial institutions but it wouldn't cost anybody anything.

I've seen colleagues open their AGM voting card letter in the rest room (naughty, naughty)
and rip it up and throw it in the bin 'Can't be arsed'. So you're not going to get
a significant number of colleagues to throw cash at shares in the current
COLC. James is probably on your side though.
