You’re right. It’s pretty much everything. But it’s different for each postie. Some seem to have little money left each week and others seem to be able to afford their own ideas of week or months long strikes.
It’s 10% over 3 years pretty much but unless it’s 10% a year we are going to be short changed regardless (unless the economy and inflation miraculously recover).
