Re: Royal Fail!
Looks like the mail is already in at ours. Trays on every frame when I left, loads of them. If no mail comes in tomorrow it’s already too much.

‘Unagreed resign’?

I tell all my customers that have a query that one of the reasons is that their postie is dragging their heels and leaving mail in the frame despite in normal times finishing hours early!
Are you for real??
COMs often tell us to leave the mail in frames and concentrate on delivering the extra packets that we have to deliver which is generally expected at Xmas. In many delivery offices, managers are encouraged not to pay overtime to staff in order to keep their costs down. This is why important mail like NHS letters, bank cards, wage slips etc are often left in frames for days on end.
Its got nothing to do with lazy posties but managers more concerned about saving costs, even though postage prices have gone up.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
