A think a long term plan of work to rule, disruption strikes from the start of october followed by an all out walk out from mid November is the only way.
I can outlast the b'stards but I fear some of the workforce haven't the stomach or funds for it at this point.
We should be calling for strikes just over 3% a year after those robbers nicked all the money,treated you like dogs,suspended your friends deducted money from your pay,i cant believe what im reading sometimes ,call the strikes if they go into administration so be it the government will take it back over ,if anybody votes for this you will be treated like dirt for the rest of your working days .

Assuming 69000 full timers (on a 60%/40% split on 115,000), that's £103,500,000 on just the lump sum, ignoring pro-rata and the % pay rise! Losing a million a day hmmmm

its amazing the amount of reasonably 'new' people coming out of the woodwork demanding a vote and slagging the union off - Thompson's team methinks
I'm not 'new' and I think it's perfectly reasonable for members who have lost money and been strung along by both sides, to actually see what will in all likelihood wil be as good as it gets and have a chance to end this and vote for it. After all this is our jobs were taking about, not the managers or cwu.
You wont have a decent job if you vote yes ,if you accept that payrise in 3 years cleaners will be on more money and you'll be out delivering in the dark until you finish all your deliveries from march 24.
Surely it's time for us to decide on the deal what do people think I want a vote?
I know management have probably put a spin on it but from what I’ve seen of the deal it’s not that bad but as always the devils in the detail . I’ll go with whatever the union says.
