Why can't people in this job just focus on their own work instead of moaning about what others are doing?

A lot of complaints from desperate people.

The energy companies have sent out top up codes to people on a key metre with the governments scheme.

They have very little so cannot heat their homes because these letters are stuck in the system due to the strikes.
Oh dear ,what a shame ,never mind. :cuppa

Blame Thompson, Williams and the board, this whole mess is all on them.

Over 60 staff are delivering letters and parcels at my unit today on overtime, most scheduled to work 8 hours or more, desperate to clear the backlog. Major turnout.

This is why we'll never win this dispute. It's f*cking pointless.
We still have the hammer blows if the 23rd and 24th to help Royal Mail become reasonable.

My mate just texted me from his MC to say he was talking to an agency staff who told him he was on £20 an hour.

We had a few in today but only a handful more than usually do it and the backlog came through after most had left. There was no space in the office at all so we are in for a fun week of clearing just parcels.

We are a parcel company now so they shouldn’t expect letters any time soon…

I worked today because I had to (as a relatively new starter.) A lot of people in, but mostly those with Sundays in our contracts...
Oh, and our rep. Putting D2Ds on frames.

Unless the mail centres are working 24/7 this week, it doesn’t really matter if you clean your office, the stuffs stuck in the pipeline. Clear your frames, fill your boots with OT if you want it, in my opinion, it doesn’t make any difference till the mail centres catch up and they won’t.
