At the mail centre where I work, we have received a number of letters regarding potential management action on cutting allowances, voluntary redundancy, a revision, when many people took part in a revision last year, and now cutting of annual leave due to the number of days we have been on strike. They reckon we will have accrued 18 days strike by 24 December, and then they will cut 2 days off our annual leave, either in this period up to late March if you have enough left, or failing that, off your next years annual leave.

None of the above measures have been agreed by the union, and these are coming from area to more local management who are trying to bypass the union.

The union rep I have spoke to on this is getting very frustrated but believes it cannot be dealt with by them locally.

Any thoughts on this would very gratefully received.

Also, the legality of the threat to remove annual leave whilst we are on a legitimate strike. I am also seeking legal advice on the company's latest move.

Many people feeling they are constantly being attacked, demoralised and denegrated by management, which is ultiimately coming from the evil infestation, Thompson.
Have been hiding under a rock for weeks, as all these changes have already been confirmed by the company's senior management on Workplace etc, it's not just local management trying to intimidate you?

If you're refusing to work by striking how can you accrue holiday entitlement, it seems a bit petty by RM but they seem to be within their rights.

While this dispute is live, then do the job as quickly as the slowest acceptable employee in your office! Absolutely no point working your socks off as the management don't appreciate it or deserve it. We have been treated terribly by royal mail!

What is silently quitting?
Quiet quitting refers to doing the minimum requirements of one's job and putting in no more time, effort, or enthusiasm than absolutely necessary. As such, it is something of a misnomer, since the worker doesn't actually leave their position and continues to collect a salary.

Just been suspended for trying to represent a member who complained of harrassment at end of their shift and was held back after her time for bringing 7 packets back from a DPR duty and accused of not following the cut off procedure blah blah

That has now turned into intimidation and disrespectful behaviour by a CWU rep by management and im sure it will end in dismissal though Divsional reps are aware it will no doubt end up an ET.
Have you been asked to return to work on Monday?
Very surprised if you have actually been officially suspended and this is not a cooling off period.
Initially procedure not followed correctly.

Resolution meeting a farce and now officially suspended pending fact finding etc

Suspended for what? Im not quite understanding what you mean by 'for trying to represent a member'
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
