If RM force changes, will there be repicks.?

Over ten yrs ive worked for this company. Im on a 4 day reserve, soon to be changed to a 5 day reserve whilst people that walked through the door 6 months ago are sat in their own duties. We did a structured revision in Jan 22 and I chose the 4 day reserve over a duty because I wanted to work a day less, now ive been told I have to work an extra day. If RM get their own way then will another revision happen where at least I won't get shafted anymore than we already will be?

Out of interest who told you you’ll be reverting to a 5 day week?
I too am on a 4 day week and have no interest at all in going back to 5 days, and wondered what course of action I could take (other than continuing to strike which I do).

To answer my own question, there’s probably not much I can do if I’m forced back onto a 5 day contract. I however refuse to increase my hours (although I’m well aware commit to deliver might come in), so I’ll gladly do my 5 hour 30mins each of the 5 days. One things for sure, there’s not a chance the round will be prepped for me and I won’t be coming in early to prep it.
