Like I said.
s**t posting, fake news and trolling.
More interested in cheap attacks than anything else.
This site is now a pretty embarrassing echo chamber with very little information other than what the mods post or grown up debate on any of the threads.

Wouldn’t take this forum too seriously. We are all just posties using an anonymous forum to vent our frustrations at the complete s**t show we all find ourselves in. The union does not listen to our concerns in the real world so we are stuck screaming into this void. It’s not ideal but it is what it is.
It’s one million percent better than royals mails nauseating workplace platform filled with suck up managers and weirdos.

We are all anonymous on this forum, which in itself shows how bad RM is as we can't express a honest open opinion on the company we all work for without fear of repercussion.
Therefore we are more than likely full of spies, moles and the general public who all have their input leading to the very toxic atmosphere on this site.
I am finding it hard to comment on anything as the usual suspects (who all claim to enjoy healthy debate) jump up and pile on using anything they can think of to shoot down anyone against their narrative.
Doesn't matter if they are wrong they won't admit it and will then try to swing the discussion against the poster by using anything posted before or claiming they are stalking/abusing them.
I have been watching and following a lot of the discussions without commenting and can see the pattern, this is a form of the very thing they bang on about bullying!
I know these people think they are self important and believe what they say to be gospel, it isn't.
I will wait for the inevitable fallout with little fear or trepidation as i care not a jot for their opinions.

Same here.

Just waiting for Martin Walsh's response to the OPs question. Has Falconer done his review? Are the reps/posties still suspended or are back working? Some might not think it's important, but a Union that doesn't back its members when they could lose their job. Considering that managers allegedly appear to be bending the rules in some offices, I think its very important.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

He has literally no obligation to post here at all. Why would he at this point? I’m not sure why you think you are entitled. This forum is in no way affiliated with either the CWU or RM so his posting here was a courtesy. Blame the imbeciles giving him grief for his lack of a response. That or maybe he is busy and doesn’t have time to post on an internet forum that doesn’t value his contribution anyway.

He doesn’t need to make an appearance on the chat now
He delivered his agenda to further the yes vote
Job done his position safe unlike the many thousand who the pec and CWU are meant to represent and protect
When’s the voting for pec members and CWU officials coming to we get rid of the judas

I’m sure if you really wanted to speak with him it wouldn’t be too hard to find his work address/phone number. Maybe try that rather than post on here.

The Lord Faulkner Review is ongoing , in line with the process the CWU and Royal Mail have submitted there generic submissions to the review.

A zoom call was heard this week with all those individuals and Branch’s who have chosen to be put into the review.

There is now an agreed list of the first cases to be heard and each of this cases a submission is being written to be provided along with all the relevant paperwork.

Remember Royal Mail are still paying individuals who have been dismissed since the agreement was first reached on the Faulkner review.

Unfortunately in any process like this , timescales are always lengthy in terms of gathering information, submissions.

Getting justice for those reps and members remains a key priority but dealing with 200 plus cases is time consuming and cannot be done overnight. This is huge piece of work for everyone , including Lord Faulkner and his team and will take some time.

Branch’s will be updated on this early next week.

Nothing to do with RM, but everything to do with employers not liking to be criticised on social media.
A load of Boots staff were sacked for doing just this some time back.
