They come on here because the deal needs SELLING ??
A GOOD DEAL SELLS ITSELF
ITS SIMPLY NOT A GOOD DEAL and no use Dave saying best we can get
Railworkers not settling are they ??
2% 2024 wont go far will it and unlikely cureent economic climate msuh better
Couple of facts come to kind Royal Mail plc sold 3 acres of land in nine elms london dec 2021 for 111.2 million ????
Escrow over 100 million in it
YET Royal Mail is skint ??????
STRANGE ???
Revisons wont alter later later finishing times wont improve anything especially sick list !!
Rhetorich no actual facts in videos never is !!
Can you trust Royal Mail ?? So top heavy in Executives whose impact on day to running of depots minimal ??
Why have we got so many ??
Deal made with a group or Management who may not be here long
Pay offs galore-but company skint !!!!!!
Quality of Service ?? that down to individual depots -in the past we worked as a team-got it done
BUT NOT ANYMORE and that deal wont alter that either !!
National Average Wage is £29,600 Postal staff nowhere near it
Simply a POOR DEAL Regardless of YES OR NO VOTE
By all means vote Yes if you feel it right
But long term how many of you think you will reach retirement age unscathed, and financially secure ??

There is absolutely no evidence that you are improving quality of service.

1. Still no day-off cover in our office. It's been like this for over 2 years!

2. You are sticking with the diabolical revisions where rounds are 30 minutes too long in the Summer, and probably over an hour too long in the Winter!

WHERE IS THE REVERSAL OF THESE REVISIONS!

You are all talking out of your rear ends!

Has anyone read the leaflet that came with voting paper? What's about expanding the role of the postie? Are they starting that bollox about checking in on old Mrs miggins to see if she needs anything again?
