Who cares ? The job must return to achievable workloads, smaller rounds, get back to almost fully staffed - a 5 day uso would save millions£ - no need for cover, or working your day off etc. Doubtful RM can return to former glories whilst the shareholders are around to bleed them dry, and CWU seem to have given up on us. Give us 2 years redundancy and see your staffing levels go through the floor. We had it in our office years ago when we got £400 and people celebrated, so £1000 would be attractive to some, sell your soul to Satan
