I think this week has fully revealed who the union really care about, themselves and their own survival. When the deal is finally revealed do yourselves a favour, don’t listen to Dave’s bullshit Facebook videos. Read the agreement in full and think “is this good for me and my family”

How they have handled the whole dispute has been full of incompetence

You can forgive mistake and errors and lack of judgment as we have been in uncharted waters and the it is all very subjective at times with regards to what course of action would be best

But what you cannot forgive is just off the tip of my head

Failed updates not materialising when even a simple one liner would do ie - sorry unable to provide update due to x y z.
However they can't even do this and instead choose to leave us hanging.

Failure to meet deadlines when promised, if you can't meet don't promise simples!

Lack of Comms when in this day and age you have the would and everybody at your fingertips

Major major errors when in reality all very simple things to fix.

And they then have the cheek of accusing RM of being unprofessional and treating us like crap! Unbelievable! The irony!

The CWU have failed the membership in this from day one with their amateur communications, and useless negotiating skills. All they have been bothered about is self protection at all our costs ie our subs pay there lousy wages.

Well not me anymore, I have had enough of these amateur idiots, my CWU membership is cancelled! We have lost thousands in keeping their egos going whilst they have treated us with utter contempt and taken us for a ride.

This union has been dead for several years now, gotten us crap deals non stop, tell us it could of been a lot worse, now finally after years of being pissed on by management, the union who we call mini management, are having a big dump all over us, they haven't even got the decency of a crappy update to us!, when you've recently heared Dave Ward spewing out RM Managers talking points about the finances...i think we all know what creek we've been sold out too

Are you not generalising slightly here.
I have had many a good rep and the odd one that maybe wasn't suited to the role.
What I do know is it must be a big headache for little extra reward.
Why do you think we have the best terms and conditions in the delivery service industry right now. It's not because Royal Mail bosses appreciate our conscientious attitude.
Maybe this is your experience, but it isn't the case for many.
I know colleagues who jobs have been literally saved by skilled reps who care about their members rights.

i agree that it's been very poor comms but we don't know the details and there may be some trying to thrash out areas that they know are bad to some that may be not be to others
but i won't be swayed because someone tells me to vote no or yes on here

There’s a process, div reps , branch reps , executive etc. you’ve waited nearly a year for this agreement, we will be voting on it shortly, constant meltdown is helping nobody
