If even Royal Mail can't rely on Royal Mail to get items to their intended recipients on time then they must realise that their VVIP customers will already be taking a dim view of their current levels of service.

If they want to keep those customers then they had better come up with some realistic proposals to the CWU pronto, or else continuing strikes will make matters worse while heading towards what should be the most profitable time of the year for parcel companies (including those that also deliver letters).

This guy is completely ridiculous. Does he really think we are all that stupid. My letter arrived the same time as dividend statement. You couldn't make it up. Yes I know but they were given for saying goodbye to life as we knew it.
