Just wondering if there is any company that treats its biggest asset (the workforce)with such utter disdain?
I don't want a medal for doing my job but i do want some recognition from my employer for going above what should be reasonable expected in a global pandemic which resulted in the company making record profits!!!

Who asked for £m's to be spent on a new uniform, plus why bin all the old uniform, why not just have a slow transition as the old uniforms came up for replacement if RM couldn't afford the change? Likewise with the vans I can't recall many OPG's demanding 100's of new electric vans were purchased.

What new uniform and what new vans, No sign of either of them in my office
