Dear Colleagues,
Uniforms
The Outdoor Department has responsibility on behalf of the Postal Department for negotiations with Royal Mail regarding the current Uniform compliment and specification.
As such we are about to enter dialogue with Royal Mail nationally on all matters concerning Uniforms and in particular its suitability for the role our members carry out.
Therefore before we enter into the discussions with Royal Mail we would welcome comments/feedback from Branches and Representatives on any aspect of the uniform whether they be good or bad, so they can be picked up in the forthcoming discussions.
If possible it would be appreciated if comments could be back with the department via post or through the email address outdoorsecretary@cwu.org by no later than 7th November.
