Covid

Post by rocksausage »

I know this has probably been posted before, but i cant find the answer.
Currently off work with covid, when does the 5 day isolation start? Is it from the day i tested positve, or does it start from the day after i tested positive?
On the nhs website its says from the day after you tested positve. Reason i ask is because a manager is including the day i tested positive as 1 of the 5 days. Thanks in advance

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Doctor won’t give you a sick note. You have to print out an Isolation Note from the NHS or Gov.uk site.

You need to educate yourself and be thankful you have not experienced what an awful disease Covid can be.
