Covid positive colleagues

Post by geordieboy123 »

We have a colleague who is still testing positive after seven days but will be returning to work tomorrow but will not be allowed in until the rest of us are out. When she goes on her rest day on Thursday who is responsible for doing a deep clean on her van ready for the rest day cover?

She does the first wipe when finished. Dom does the 2nd wipe next morning, who ever covering does 3rd wipe before setting off.

Its the standard what you should be doing on pda van checks, plus dom making sure its been done as a health and safety requirement.

Good Morning.

The requirement to continue to undertake testing after Day 5 is not compulsory under the new government guidelines, so we do anticipate that people will return before they test negative on LFT. Deep cleaning for vans is still available though, and it can be arranged by the unit manager via PFSL where appropriate.

Kind Regards.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
