Romec have been told not to put paper towels in Delivery Office toilets, to save money I suppose and we have been shaking our hands to dry them for the last 6 months.
The hand dryers don't work either .

Exact same boat here, we have no paper towels for most of the week, if at all, and no dryers, and the water is either straight-from-the-mains cold or boiling hot.

Our office regualarly has most toilets out of action ( not enough even when all available ) and for last few weeks, we regularly have no hot water either ! Various other H&S problems regularly arising - local union reps are simply not interested in escalating it. All they want is a YES vote ( whilst advising us not to fight executive action over duty times changes )....

I wondered where they had gone. On another note is it just my office that has the 'warning, temperature above 50℃' sticker above the sink? The hot water would burn the skin off of you.
