I am leaving early December and unless a pay deal is agreed soon, I won't benefit from it, as I will have had my P45 first.
Having said that I doubt, whether I would have got any back pay, I bet it's not backdated and they will say, they have given you another half a percent for two years. I just hope you don't pay the price for a pay deal with things bargined away, like allowances etc. They some times rob Peter to pay Paul.
Good luck to you all.
NB I doubt it would have been much any way!

That's really not fair, if it's backdated you really should get the pay as you have worked it just like your colleagues, not your fault they've dragged their heels. It should be illegal to offer back pay but not give it to workers who were working that period but have left before its awarded.

Pretty sure if it's backdated you get it. I think his point was he won't get anything if it isn't backdated.rambo1 wrote: ↑16 Nov 2020, 15:31That's really not fair, if it's backdated you really should get the pay as you have worked it just like your colleagues, not your fault they've dragged their heels.
