List of questions youd like the union to ask RM

No discussion on here,lets just make a sensible list of questions that we'd like a simple yes/no answer to.

1. Does RM guarantee that everyone who currently works for them and wants to continue to do so will be able to without a drop in current contracted hours, within 10 miles of their current office and with start and finish times similar ( ie a hr each way) of what they have now regardless of if they are delivering parcels or letters

Does Royal Mail guarantee that the incessant and deliberate acts of bullying and harassment carried out by line managers and continued by this current board will cease immediately, and that Royal Mail will meet it's obligations in abiding by it's own health and safety rules and national regulations and once and for all comply with it's agreed Grievance and Bullying and Harassment agreements which it has jointly signed with the CWU.

Be honest with us about your long term plans
Nonsense such as clocking on machines are here to make sure you get the correct overtime are insulting. Be honest with us so we know where the company is going and the real reasons for certain changes. At the moment very few people think they will have a full time job in the near future

Why are PDA actuals being used in many instances to compare performances?
Why are RM not insisting on the use of LWTs anymore?
Have RM discussed amongst themselves the plan to have the USO watered down?

Do the top brass within Royal Mail have any sort of understanding of the physical effect on us posties bodies resulting from many of us now walking 10+ miles 5 days a week, 48 weeks of the year, in all weathers and often involving steep terrain and multiple flights of steps?

Why Rm can find 1,8 bilions for their project and can`t find 100 milions (alegedly) to reduce the working week with one hour?

If RM insist that there can be no reduction in the working week from 38 hours, why are new FT staff employed on 35 hour contracts?

Do you intend to bring in performance standards?
Will these standards be the same for everyone regardless of age or any ill health issues an individual may have?
Do you intend to dismiss anyone who can’t reach and maintain these standards?
Is this what you mean when you say there will be jobs for everyone “who wants to and can work for Royal Mail”
