So Mark, my DOM's a bully and most of the office are at breaking point when are the union going to get on top of this, we all hate him?
I also think that asking me and my colleagues to post my grievances on a public site that anyone including management can access to perhaps make my job worse is ok for the time being. I have also shared the s**t out of this for maximum exposure.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
