Re: No savings
If they haven't seen a return then he should be asking managers of all levels and planners why.
Again it shows, as with every revision since the introduction of van share, that the failures are at management level in planning, organising and the running of offices. Until they make everyone start on time, take their breaks, follow correct delivery procedures and ensure everyone is working all their paid hours and stop doing OPG's work the company will never have the correct data and full picture of how busy DO's really are and how utterly useless office managers and area managers are.
Management failures for all this and as per usual it's easier to blame frontline staff like they always do.

Re: No savings
We threw away billions on Track and Trace without any discernible effect. Maybe that's what middle management thought they were looking for?

Re: No savings
The revisions last year were just totally and outrageously shocking and bizarre!!
Everyone KNEW they werent going to work- apart from Simon Thompson.
Or maybe he did? The whole thing was so odd and for him to now be suggesting we are to blame is just mind bendingly crazy.
What a buffoon!!!

Re: No savings
Was he expecting to see an increase in productivity? Not sure how he came to that conclusion.

Re: No savings
Absolutely breath-taking.
What is with these people, are they trolling the proles for sh***s & giggles ?
Its just too stupendous to try and put it into any sense of perspective.
Is it mass-substance abuse at the higher levels of society?
....'cos the CEO isn't alone and isn't unusual in his complete (have to say pretence of...) incompetance (it must be a pretence perhaps in order to loot a bit more or something).
Well Mr T, we have to say it....
We told you so!

Re: No savings
Accountable? No, he gets a £140’000 bonus. It would take each of us about 6 years hard graft to earn that.noggin1969 wrote: ↑19 Aug 2022, 20:55He implemented them, he oversaw the fiasco, he misled the shareholders and said they were all in and working, except a few tweaks. He should be accountable, so that's another £150M added to the £400M spafted up the wall in the name of Hubris.

Re: No savings
He is negligent in his job unintelligent in his work and belligerent with us all if he can ignore all these traits about himself he will go far. Hopefully very faraway like the North Pole I hear it's melting it would be a good move for him as he is on very thin ice at the moment!
