I've heard quite a lot of negativity about Amazon in the news with many of their workers being forced to work at a certain rate or face conduct and even firing colleagues who have highlighted safety issues. There were protests in America last year which include raising pay for workers in their warehouses, extending paid sick leave and allowing workers to organise in unions. All this takes place whilst Jeff Bezos counts his billions and takes tourists up into space.
I wonder if this (Gal) mentioned on another thread has taken note of the rather negative aspect of Amazon's frontline culture that needs to be addressed??
Do you think that investors made decisions based on what the workers thought about their company or the fact that Amazon is now a trillion dollar corporation since the covid pandemic?
I don't wish to appear negative but some guys really don't have a f**ing clue
