RMCtv : Simon says : 886 tabletop revisions going fine

Post by POSTMAN »

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Well ours isn't but presumably that's what the Dom reported back, rushed in after usual nest feathering and work moved onto already struggling duties whilst others have become easier so still uneven workloads.

If a revision is not implemented before end Oct (iaw the agreement) due to RM inaction,
are the PT'ers entitled to their pay rise and the 1hr off the FT'ers working hours?
(Although where this hour would come from if you've not done a revision I've no idea)

As far as I'm concerned of course you should be entitled to the hour off.We are in this situation in my office, our argument is if office A down the road has already had there revision why should they be working an hour less then us,just because our office can get the proverbial finger out there a*se.
