Royal Mail group communications and Royal Mail social media watchers are on the site...and no doubt elsewhere.

Referring to Rico Backs heritage and nationality in a derogatory manner, or when it is intended as a put down IS AGAINST the rules. But more importantly, it can get you sacked for GROSS MISCONDUCT.
