Whatever the outcome you all know what's really going to happen because it always happens.
Increases in duty sizes, new working practises that make the job harder not easier, more confusion than ever, moral will drop and people will pull out of the union.
And it'll all be dressed up as a game-changing deal of the century that the union have gotten you that'll make the way forward, SDD and other previous deals look like Christmas had come.
RM had a plan before lock-down and they are not going to let all that planning , vision and man hours go to waste by scrapping it and starting from scratch again just to suit the union and a threat of industrial action.
And to echo some other posters comments it's time the union got more business minded leaders at the top because they way Terry goes on he looks out of his depth and does way too much 70's union tub thumping. The union need to be able to play RM senior managers at their own game and this lot are seriously lacking in the department.
Front-line staff never come out of any deal better off just more work in less time.
