• All D2Ds to be thrown in on Monday. Take where you are going.

• Non USO mail to be held until multiple items. To be cleared by Saturday. Aided by the new "Economy mail".

• Tracked and Shoe box size and bigger packets to be redirected to LAT hubs. (As early as possible).

• Low pay rise of some sort, Back dated but for near future only. To be revised after Covid has settled and conditions are met. 2022 to coincide with the USO review.

• Sunday deliveries.

• Later starts.

• Small lump sum.

• Rely on natural wastage to cover redundant positions.

• Something token about the pension

• Perhaps something to do with the shorter working week. (It at least needs to be addressed and put to bed)

Our revision guy has said ours is about done and be ready to go when we get back to normal, bigger duties, few more contracted hours a week for part timers, Wallington weeks gone

will Family Friendly working patterns be honoured under any new deal?

If that is negotiated as part of any agreement then that's well out of order. It's illegal - end of - so should not
be part of any 'deal'.

On average holiday pay it is subject to test cases at the Tribunal. Due to CoVID all tribunal cases have been delayed but we test case dates early next year. Remember if we are successful than this is likely to cost Royal Mail more than the cost of a pay rise each year , hence why they don’t want to reach an agreement as yet.

In terms of the Ron put in terms of what he believes will be in the agreement :

Revisions will be , but 1 in 6 as a standard won’t be.

There won’t be anything on the USO, other than how we try and it protect USO.

There won’t be mention of 300 offices / LAT . However there will be how we move to 24/7 operation.

Nothing on pensions.

The rest you won’t have to long to wait to judge.

In terms of family friendly that is both law and current Royal Mail policy and they are subject to reviews.
