The pandemic hasn't stopped British Gas workers being balloted for strike action by the GMB: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-55014610

I'm surprised that RM haven't sent out all line managers at every DO out on delivery

Re: CWU update
The CWU are being played yet again! Should’ve kept the ballot live to put pressure on RM to make an agreement before xmas.

Re: CWU update
To have kept the ballot live by extending it needed the agreement of both RM and the CWU and there's no way that RM would have ever agreed to it

Over the last 35 years I've worked for royal mail there has always been a certain small amount of workers that only turn up for work with one objective and that is to be a pain in the arse and will find any excuse to have a little rant that hopefully (for them) will end up in some sort of unofficial industrial actionbillycat wrote: ↑19 Nov 2020, 16:53Letters have plummeted along with door to doors in the office I work at the cwu are doing a fantastic job in my eyes, no compulsory redundancies and maybe a pay rise clocking in and out, overtime if you want it, if people are so unhappy go and find a job that suits you , good look, I have worked for royal mail for 25 years I am 58 and I love it.
