Point 14 - new incentive scheme. How many years have you lot been discussing this?
Point 21 - improving the culture in the workplace. Ha Ha Ha Bonk.
Point 22 - removing the DRP. No idea what that is. Is it like the DUP? ( I vote to remove Arlene.)
Point 25 - order more tea and biscuits.

If you can't even discuss average holiday pay how are you going to negotiate all of the above?
