We always have the option - return to sender.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

There’s no chance of an update this side of Xmas now I would say. I’d even say we will be waiting until feb/March as these overpaid union nobs will be going on holiday next week until we’ll into the new year. We get the pleasure of working ourselves into the ground to pay their subs. The whole thing is a complete joke.Babble2412 wrote: ↑10 Dec 2020, 19:20still no news about this.... union has been a joke since lockdown, they think their winston Churchill when their doing their Facebook videos from their nice cosey houses while we are on the front line. Any part timer who has worked full time will have received the standard hourly pay plus an increase in the delivery supplement for every hour worked up to 38.
If you were working in the month beginning 23rd November full time for a two week period you will be eligible for the full £100 ex IWM bonus .
For the second £100 which is the underpin bonus which was the leave over from the colleague share issue. The payment criteria is different in that part timers who work over their contracted hours in the two week period after Christmas get a second payment based on what there average was.
So it is not correct to suggest if you work above your contracted hours you cannot receive the full bonus.

So in other words we won’t be having a detailed update on what the hell is going on in these talks before Xmas/new year. Tell Terry and Dave to enjoy their 4 weeks off. Merry Christmas.
