Does this Simon guy not realise that if jobs are too big it demoralises the workforce

A demoralised workforce is a positive for RM
Posties leave, Simon has to recruit and re-recruit over and over and over again
New maleable part-time recruits who can be messed about instead of old full timers on better terms? Another +
meanwhile delivery offices are short staffed meaning more pressure on the Posties that are still working and then they get fed up and leave.
"Ooh look the USO/way of working is unsustainable, have another raft of revisions" +
The amount Royal Mail spends on recruitment must be ridiculous. So many people have left and are due to leave our DO and there aren't too many people keen on working here, probably heard all the stories.
"Ditto" +
"A third of the world's farmland is now useless due to soil degradation, yet we still keep producing mouths to feed. And what's you answer to that? Energy saving lightbulbs?"

I realised that we still have 17 Delivery Offices that have not competed their revisions - which we agreed as part of Pathway to Change - would all be done by November 2021 - as you will hear - revisions, and our other change activity - is a team game...

So, Si has started a thread on Workplace pointing out where the revisions have not even been started.
Not long after he took the Liverpool one off, the rest are from London.

Not long after all that many OPG's are now pointing out that their office is not on the list as they have not had a revision yet.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

If your office was only due a table top revision in the first year but your office was already reaching the agreed efficiency performance there wouldn't have been any need for revision activity in the office. No?

Were any of the revisions that went ahead successful?

I think all offices were due a revision to trigger the SWW.
I do think some revisions were so light touch because managers were so afraid of failure that some members may not have even noticed them happening.

Move street A to duty 1 and street B to duty 2, duty 1+2 are a pair anyway so just carry on as normal.

Revision done Simon.

What an absolute joker this guy is. Hasnt a clue what’s actually going on at ground level. Embarrassing the stuff he keeps splashing on Workplace.
