and as has been suggested, i can't see a ballot forthcoming anytime soon.

It'll basically be DO staff who vote it in or out. They outnumber us in MCs 2:1 it might even be 3:1 now

The original post seems to suggest that the workers will decide whether there's another ballot or not.
I'm interested to find out how.

No there will only be a vote on a deal or a strike take your pick.

No chance of another ballot,to go out on strike in the middle of a pandemic with hundreds of thousands of people loosing their jobs would be a massive PR disaster,and both RM and Union know it

If we ballot for industrial action Royal mail wouldn't have to try hard at all when they run to the court's to stop that going ahead and it would firmly make us look like a bunch of twats (again)

Depends on the terms of why we feel the need to go to industrial action executive action by management or Change of contracts or other but nothing is ever off the table!
