Executive Action, if not opposed, will lead to the union being completely marginalised and a spent force.
The vast majority of workers in the U.K. now have no influence over any decisions made by their employer. Do we really want to be just another group of employees who just have to accept whatever is imposed? The fact that this is a reality for millions of workers is NOT a reason to just shrug our collective shoulders and give in !
